My name is Lisa Phillips, and my goal is to make sure you get rid of the stressors in your life, gain passive income through real estate investing and start spending your time with your family + doing the things you want to do.
I'm just going to be really open and honest with you.
This is the first time I'm sharing this story in such a vulnerable way but i think it is important to so you can learn from me and not make the mistakes that i did.
Memory Lane 2009
It was a depressing, and very embarrassing time. I was laid off twice, had a house in foreclosure in Las Vegas, and had just purchased a new property. The only thing saving me was a condo I purchased for $35,000, 7 days before being laid off. What was surprising, however, was the fact that properties existed in this price range outside of major cities, AND they can be in extremely decent neighborhoods, and renting them out to cover the mortgage and cash flow was extremely easy (I discovered this when I got a roommate).
And it hit me - When you buy low, extremely low, you can withstand all the market upswings and downswings, and purely cash flow. I was ready to scale this, and take this show on the road.
I've now made this my mission to take this to others, to help as many people not only with financial literacy, but financial ascendancy. I want people to feel the same sense of comfort and security, and networth, that I've felt accumulating these very affordable, cash flowing rentals.
